Abstract
Background: Increasing reports of tumefactive demyelinating lesions (TDL) in multiple sclerosis (MS) patients taking fingolimod have been described. We report a relapsing multiple sclerosis (RMS) patient, with typical imaging for more than 10 years who later developed a TDL during treatment with fingolimod.
