Abstract

Using a gas target with differential pumping, absolute differential cross sections have been measured for 10 proton groups from the 20Ne( 3He, p) 22Na reaction at 2.8 and 3 MeV and for 13 proton groups from the 11B( 3He, p) 13C reaction at 3 MeV. Angular distributions of most groups have been analysed successfully by Hauser-Feshbach theory. The angular distribution of the 20Ne( 3He, p) 22Na( E ex = 3.944 MeV) reaction has been analysed by double stripping DWBA, which gives 1 + for this level.
