Abstract

The UV radiation-induced polymerization of polyethyleneglycol diacrylate (PEGDA) and N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone (NVP) in acetonitrile and in bulk was investigated. Compositions of resulting copolymers were obtained by elemental analysis. Inhibition of acrylate free radical polymerization by atmospheric oxygen in thin films leads to copolymers of different composition. The copolymerization reactivity ratios were calculated by the Fineman-Ross method.
