Abstract

<h3>To the Editor.</h3> —I wish to comment on the statement, "aneurysms of cerebral vessels in tuberous sclerosis have been found only twice,"<sup>1,2</sup>in the article by Beall and Delaney.<sup>3</sup>They apparently overlooked my article, "Intraventricular Aneurysm Associated With Tuberous Sclerosis," in theArchives.<sup>4</sup>Thus, to the best of my knowledge, a total of four cases of tuberous sclerosis with intracranial aneurysm have been reported in the literature. Of them, one ruptured with massive subarachnoid hemorrhage,<sup>3</sup>two produced symptoms due to the mass effect of the aneurysm,<sup>1,2</sup>and one was found incidentally at autopsy.<sup>4</sup>
