Abstract
16month-old-male child with history of hypo pigmented lesion with recurrent attacks of generalized episodes of tonic clonic convulsions since the age of 3 months with g lobal d e v e l o p m e n t a l de l ay (DQ a r o u n d 60) Well circumscribed hypo pigmented lesions 7 in no. measuring 4-5 cm were not iced over t runk and ext remi t ies . Hypopigmented lesions resembling "ash leaf" was present on left lower extremity above ankle (Fig 1). CT scan revealed subependyma l calcifications and calcified tubers in periventricular areas(Fig 2). In our case two major fea~res were present (hypomelanotic macules and subependymal nodules) to call it as definite TSC. Father had sebaceous adenoma without any neurological deficit (Fig 3).
