Abstract
Introduction: Parotid gland involvement as a form of extra pulmonary tuberculosis is a very rare manifestation. Extension of tuberculosis to skull base with multiple cranial nerve involvement is even rarer. We report a case of atypical presentation of tuberculosis with multiple cranial nerve palsies.
