Abstract
Now in Nepal, the Zonal Health Office, District Hospital, Health Centre and Health Post will be organized as medical institutions expanded from central to peripheral; there are already some United Mission Hospitals, and Ayurvedic Aushadhalayas come down from remote antiquity. On the other hand, the National Tuberculosis Control Project, Central Health Laboratory, Leprosy Service, Malaria Eradication Projects etc., are already working for health promotion covering all over Nepal, with an emphasis on public health.The Japanese Medical Cooperation Team will carry out the tuberculosis control and the health laboratory development in the Western Region in cooperation with the various authorities concerned with the Health Services in Nepal.
