Abstract

Summary o (1) A tuberculin survey is described, carried out on 1,200 recruits to the Queen Alexandra Royal Nursing Corps, aged between 17 and 37. The reasons for publishing are given. (2) The percentage of positive reactors in each age group is recorded and a comparison made with other surveys. (3) Material is presented showing the percentage of positive individuals in each age group who react to a small dose (0·01 mg.) of Old Tuberculin. The significance of these results is discussed.
