Abstract

Endoscopic resection (ER) is the cornerstone of endoscopic treatment of esophageal high-grade dysplasia (HGD) or intramucosal cancer (IMC). ER, however, is a technically demanding procedure requiring specific training and expertise. AIMS: to prospectively evaluate efficacy and safety of the first 119 ERs of early esophageal neoplasia performed by 6 endoscopists (20 ERs per endoscopist) participating in a structured ER training program.
