Abstract

Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) is an accepted endoscopic therapy for Barrett's dysplasia. It is efficacious and durable but there remain a number of patients refractory to such therapy. These patients may benefit from a novel use of salvage cryospray ablation (CRYO).
