Abstract
Achalasia is an esophageal functional disorder caused by neuromuscular dysfunction of the esophagus. The main clinical manifestations are dysphagia, chest pain, reflux, vomiting, and weight loss. Endoscopic treatment has become the main method of treatment of this disease. To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of modified endoscopic myotomy (Liu-POEM) in the treatment of achalasia.
