Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of TRX exercise on isokinetic muscle strength and living physical fitness in elderly women. Statistical Data was processed by SPSS(Windows Version 12.0) using descriptive statistics regarding the physical characteristics of subjects as well as each variables(isokinetic muscle strength and living physical fitness). The difference of within and between in two group was analyzed repeated measures ANOVA, significant level was set a=.05. The results were as follows: Isokinetic muscle strength, there was significant difference according to the measurement, Living physical fitness the results, there was significant difference according to the measurement. From the results, We findings suggest that elderly women could improve their muscle strength and living physical fitness through TRX program.
