Abstract
The article discusses America's health insurance laws in relation to U.S. President Donald Trump's effort to repeal the nation's Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) and replace it with a Republican-branded form of health insurance. Several potential health insurance legal reform plans by Republican politicians such as Paul Ryan and Tom Price are examined, along with a pro-corporate political agenda and progressive politics in the U.S.
