Abstract
Two Trump hotels have reached labor agreements that will prevent controversy and criticism over potential conflicts of interest between the president's business interests and his executive authority over the National Labor Relations Board. On Dec. 21, 2016, it was announced that Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas agreed to a contract with UNITE HERE, resolving a yearlong dispute that recently resulted in a bargaining order from the NLRB. At the same time, the Trump hotel in Washington, D.C., agreed to remain neutral during a unionization campaign at that property.
