Abstract
True posterior communicating artery (PCoA) aneurysm refers to n aneurysm that originates from the PCoA itself. These aneurysms re very rare lesions, representing 0.1–2.8% of all intracranial neurysms [1,2]. As indicated in a recent systematic review, 70 ases of true PCoA aneurysms were reported since 1951, includng those reported in non-English articles and meeting abstracts, nd only part of them had detailed information in sporadic singlease reports [1]. In this small case series, we describe three unique atients with ruptured true PCoA aneurysms that were successfully reated with surgical or endovascular procedures.
