Introduction: FLIGHT-FXR (NCT02855164) is a phase 2 randomized, double blind, placebo-controlled, 3-part, adaptive-design study to assess the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of several doses of tropifexor (LJN452, TXR) in patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).
