The abuse of topical anesthetics and steroids is not uncommon. However, having an eye eviscerated is rare due to complications from abusing both topical eyedrops. We report a case of Left Eye (LE) severe corneal ulcer with panophthalmitis secondary to over-the-counter topical proparacaine and topical dexamethasone abuse
