Abstract

The paper makes contributions to providing more details on the “sharing” and strengthening human resources by generations of students and lecturers of the Hanoi National University of Education (HNUE) for the process of building and developing the largest teacher training center in the South – Ho Chi Minh City University of Education (HCMUE) in the early days of its establishment. On the basis of data extracted from archives as well as from interviews with historical witnesses, the paper will recreate the historical stages in the development process of Vietnam's pedagogy in which HNUE always plays a very important position.
