Abstract
Cooperatives, which have their roots in the Ottoman Empire period, are an important and frequently seen organizational structure in Turkey, especially in the agricultural sector. It is possible to say that the importance of cooperatives, which lost their importance from time to time, has increased again today. Konya Seker A.S., which constitutes the case study of this study. It is a cooperative-based company founded in 1954 by its major partner, Konya Pancar Planters Cooperative, and other partners. In this study, the return of Konya Seker A.S., which was established by the cooperative in 1954 with the oral history method, to a business group was investigated in the historical process with the oral history method.
