Abstract

As a result of improvement in macroeconomic factors and decrease in interest rates within last 10 years, there has been an increase in use of consumer credit. Considering areas of consumer credit, especially use of housing loans has increased since 2003. It is observed that effect of decrease in interest rates of mortgage loans provided by banks as well as impact of interaction of a person within community are reasons behind of this increase. Having owned a flat of those people around affects decision of individual to take away from rationality. As a result, individual will follow tendency of majority’s behavior in order to have a flat. The purpose of present study is to investigate the herb behaviour effect on an individual's decision to own a flat and rationality of this investment through cross-sectional absolute devaiation formula in context of panel data analysis
