Abstract
Undiagnosed Graves disease in males carries a significant mortality if prompt treatment is not initiated. Clinical conundrum becomes even tricky when a huge cardiac mass is incidentally found during echocardiography. This mass turns out to be a native valve Corynebacterium Infective endocarditis which is unusually rare, affecting only 0.2 to 0.4% of cases of native valve endocarditis.
