Abstract

In a 59 year old man malignant lymphoproliferative disease with monoclonal dysglobulinemia (IgM Kappa) was diagnosed in 1972. Twenty years later serum protein electrophoresis revealed three spikes: one in beta and two in gamma globulins area. Immunofixation showed three different monoclonal dysglobulinemias: IgM Kappa, IgG Kappa and IgA Kappa.
