Abstract
AbstractAs a part of the BeSSeL (Bar and Spiral Structure Legacy) survey, we report a trigonometric parallax for the massive star-forming region G348.70–1.04. Its distance is 3.38−0.27+0.33 kpc, indicating that it is in the Scutum-Centaurus arm. Its proper motion is −0.73 ± 0.04 mas yr−1 toward the east and −2.83 ± 0.50 mas yr−1 toward the north.
