Abstract
At our center, in an attempt to improve oocyte quality in some patients with a previous failed cycle, a decision is made to administer the hcG trigger at smaller follicle sizes than in the preceding cycle. We wanted to examine the effect of this regimen on embryo quality and pregnancy outcomes.
