Abstract
Purpose: We report a case of trigeminal neuralgia caused by persistent primitive trigeminal artery (PPTA) associated with fusiform aneurysm. The patient was successfully treated with the Guglielmi detachable coils (GDCs) after undergoing the balloon occlusion test.
