Abstract

Abstract Tricuspid atresia is typically classified according to the relationship with the great arteries, the location of the ventricular septal defect, and the nature of the pulmonary flow. A condition where both great arteries arise from the left ventricle is an exceedingly uncommon occurrence. In this case study, we present a unique case of a young infant diagnosed with tricuspid atresia accompanied by a double-outlet left ventricle and pulmonary stenosis. We showcase this rare scenario through detailed multimodality imaging.
