Abstract
Dr. M. Sam Mannan was a great promoter of Chemical Process Safety. He was friendly, playful, respectful, and supportive to everyone he encountered. Upon his death, heartfelt tributes from his students, his friends, and his colleagues both in the United States and internationally came pouring in. There was not sufficient space to accommodate them all; however, below is a selection.
