Abstract

To investigate the friction and wear properties of polycrystalline diamond compact after cobalt leaching(PDCACL)and the formation mechanism of lubricating oil film under different base oil lubrication conditions, AFM, SEM, EDS and XPS were used to analysis and discuss the friction behavior, microstructure and friction film formation process of PDCACL after adding nano molybdenum disulfide in different base oils. The results showed that there are differences in the speed and thickness of the friction protective film formed by PDCACL under different kinds of base oil lubrication environment. The physical and chemical properties of base oil are the key factors affecting the wear mechanism of PDCACL and the formation of friction film.
