Abstract

National efforts in recent years have been made to risk-stratify and improve clinical management of postpartum hemorrhage (PPH). However, there are no recent data on the risk for transfusion, the most common morbidity associated with PPH. The objective of this study was to evaluate national trends in PPH and related complications, including transfusion and hysterectomy.
