Abstract

The choice of the research topic is caused by the high degree of development of digital technologies in all spheres of society. The importance of digital transformation in the education system is caused by the impact of global challenges on it, which consist not only in the transition to a new digital model of the economy, but also in the transition to a digital society. The problems of the research carried out within the framework of the article are to identify trends and directions that allow to transform the modern education system within the boundaries of a new technological and economic structure. The purpose of the study is to determine the degree of usefulness of such transformations in the field of education. The research is based on methods of synthesis, analysis and comparison. The existing problems in the field of dissemination of digital technologies are identified, the use of various digital technologies in the education sphere is especially emphasized. This is expressed by the presence of a direct dependence in the settings of social and economic development. The vector of development of innovative educational technologies, which will significantly increase the range of possibilities of classical models built on a single multicomponent educational environment, is outlined. It was found that at present there is a need to develop a regulatory and legal framework, an appropriate infrastructure that will improve the work of mechanisms aimed at implementing projects in the field of digital transformation of the educational system. An assessment of the level of the state of education in the Russian Federation was carried out, which will reduce possible risks during digital transformation.
