Abstract

International labor mobility has become increasingly important in the era of globalization, with multinational corporations at the forefront of promoting this trend. This case study of Google illustrates how companies can promote internal talent mobility, invest in training and development programs, and attract and retain top talent. By embracing international labor mobility, companies can gain access to a wider pool of talent, expand their global reach, and gain insights into local markets and cultures.
