Abstract

In the context of the evolution of the global economy and the metamorphosis of legal and economic relations, characterized by the virtualization of relationships and the digitization of their content, there is a continuous intensifi cation of attention paid by business environment leaders and also decision-makers to the fi eld of intellectual property. This attention is due in particular to the fact that for modern industries intellectual property is a key value generator and a success factor in competitive markets. The degree of readiness of the intellectual property system to respond to economic developments, constraints, and also trends in the development of the intellectual property system in the context of the fourth industrial revolution, is the object of study of this research.
