Abstract
The paper summarizes the information currently available in the literature on the etiology, life cycles, epidemiology, pathogenesis, pathomorphology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, etiotropic therapy, and prevention of human liver, bile ducts and pancreatic ducts trematodiases: fascioliasis, opisthorchiasis, clonorchiais, metorchiasis, pseudamphistomiasis, amphimeriasis, dicrocoeliasis, eurytremiasis.

Summary
The paper summarizes the information currently available in the literature on the etiology, life cycles, epidemiology, pathogenesis, pathomorphology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, etiotropic therapy, and prevention of human liver, bile ducts and pancreatic ducts trematodiases: fascioliasis, opisthorchiasis, clonorchiais, metorchiasis, pseudamphistomiasis, amphimeriasis, dicrocoeliasis, eurytremiasis. Половозрелые фасциолы обычно обитают в крупных желчных протоках и желчном пузыре травоядных млекопитающих, где откладывают яйца, попадающие с фекалиями в окружающую среду. Спустя 7 недель после заражения фасциолы достигают желчных протоков, где и превращаются в половозрелые формы. Через 12 недель после инвазирования яйца фасциол начинают обнаруживаться в желчи и фекалиях.
