Abstract
Nauplius-like larvae are reported from the Middle Arm Point Formation, Bay of Islands, western Newfoundland. The larval specimens are characterized by an ovoid body with three pairs of uniramous appendages and a prominent labrum. Also described is a microfossil consisting of a spherical body with (probably) three appendages protruding through an opening. The larval specimens are associated with conodonts indicative of a Tremadocian (Early Ordovician) age.
