Abstract
Endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) using a bifurcated stent graft may involve technical challenges when asymmetric distal abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAAs) and iliac artery aneurysms (IAAs) are encountered, especially with inferior renal artery aortic bifurcation <70 mm or narrow aortic bifurcation. We use EVAR with the double D technique (DDT-EVAR) for such cases. This involves a stent graft limb with the same diameter as the left and right diameters that is deployed parallel to an aortic cuff that has been previously placed (Fig).
