Abstract

The results of the combined early surgical treatment of patients over 55 years of age with tuberculous spondylitis are analyzed. The conservative therapy tactics and surgical treatment method the combination of the radical operation in the tuberculous focus with external fixation of vertebrae by Byrovs apparatus are described. The method applied allows to reduce the terms of the bed postoperative period.
