Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of treating corneal flap dislocation,fold and lost due to trauma after laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK).Methods The effect of the treatment of 15 eases in our hospital after LASIK surgery for traumatic cause corneal flap dislocation,fold and lost was analyzed.Resulls 15 cases were emergency operated.All corneal flaps were successfully repositioned,ruffles disappeard.epithelial had repaired in majority of patients.The lost corneal flap case epithelial had repaired completely after 3 days,vision acuity reached 0.6 - 1.0 (60.0％) in 9 cases.The vision recovering time after surgery was 2 -14 days,average(7.5 ±0.4) days.Postoperative 1mo checked,all cases corneal transparent and without subtle ruffle,the vision reach 0.6 - 1.0,average ( 1.02 ± 0.45 ).Results Comparing with before the damage had no significant difference(P ＞0.05 ).Conclusion Mter LASIK surgery traumatic corneal flap fold,dislocation and lost can restore good vision by prompt and effective treatment.
