对胸腰段椎体压缩性骨折采用后路短节段内固定结合经伤椎椎弓根椎体植骨已在临床广泛应用[1-2].但是,对植骨量的多少,却仅凭术者的感觉或估算,可能导致植骨量的不足而产生椎体再塌陷[3-4]。
