Abstract
1. Following a short review of substances used for the production of artificial pleurodesis, a technique is described for the use of gomenol in recurrent spontaneous pneumothorax. 2. Five cases successfully treated by this method are presented. 3. A wider use of gomenol for curing recurrent pneumothorax is suggested.
