Abstract
PURPOSE: The treatment of recurrent spontaneous pneumothorax is either by VATS with pleurodesis, chemical pleurodesis, or thoracotomy. Few reports have described pleuroscopy with talc pleurodesis for recurrent pneumothorax. We describe our experience using pleuroscopy for talc pleurodesis of recurrent spontaneous pneumothorax.
