Abstract
目的 探讨胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘移植治疗翼状胬肉的手术效果.方法切除胬肉后用自体角膜缘移植的方式治疗翼状胬肉60例(68眼),术后随访3月～1年.结果随访期内有3眼复发(4.41%),未发现睑球粘连者.结论翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘移植有利于重建角膜缘功能,是一种治疗翼状胬肉有效的手术方法。
