Abstract

Treatment of pilonidal sinus is controversial. Outcome of wide excision and asymmetric closure of pilonidal sinus by Karydakis technique in uninfected pilonidal sinus was compared in this prospective randomized study, comprising of 40 patients, conducted in the Department of General Surgery, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital Lahore, Pakistan.
