Abstract
目的 探索耳廓前面软骨膜表面及耳廓后面皮下层植皮治疗耳廓大面积黑色素痣的疗效.方法对6例先天性耳廓大面积黑色素痣或巨痣累及耳廓的患者,采用彻底切除病变组织,耳前、后面分期两行断层皮片移植的方法进行治疗,观察其疗效.结果移植之皮片全部成活,随访1～2年,植皮无挛缩,耳廓无变形.结论采用分期断层皮片移植治疗耳廓大面积黑色素痣,方法简单,疗效可靠。
