Abstract
This article represents new aspects of treatment of heart failure in pregnant women. In case of heart failure with violation of systole function of the left ventricle diuretics, digoxin, peripheral vasodilators are used. Researches of the last years (RADIANCE and PROVED and scale research DIG) allowed to recommend the use of digoxin for the improvement of clinical course of heart failure and quality of life not only in atrial fibrillation, but also in patients with heart failure on a background of sinus rhythm. An important place in the increase of treatment efficacy of heart failure is the selection of physical activity and psychotherapy correction. The use of intervention and surgical methods of treatment is recommended: myocardial revascularization, devices for support of blood circulation.
