Abstract
The capabilities of statistical regularization methods for determination of the atomic structure of a multicomponent system from a single EXAFS spectrum are studied. To test those methods, numerical model experiments for two component systems were carried out. The results of the treatment of an EXAFS spectrum for RhCl 3, measured at the synchrotron radiation station of the Institute of Nuclear Physics, Novosibirsk, is presented.
