Abstract
目的本文通过探讨对下颌后缩型Ⅱ类错的两期治疗,提出早期阻断矫治的重要性,以及第二期治疗的必要性.方法21例下颌后缩型Ⅱ类错病例,年龄-14岁平均10.8岁,男8例,女13例,全部病例第一期用Twiubloc型功能矫正器矫正骨骼的矢状关系,时间6个月,然后在恒牙初期用固定矫正对牙位、咬关系作精细调整、全部病例均取得十分良好的效果.结果对于下颌后缩型Ⅱ类错,应在替牙期侧切牙萌出后即进行第一期治疗,该期的目标是纠正骨骼矢状关系不调,创造良好的生长环境,该期采用Twinbloc型功能矫正器效果好,易为病人接受,易于推广.第二期矫治在恒牙期后,应用固定矫正器,发挥其高效能作用,对牙位及咬关系作精细调整,使矫治效果达到先进水平.
