Abstract

Complicated skin and soft tissue infection is a common disease with increased incidence. We reported a 67-year-old woman who was admitted to our hospital with complicated skin and soft tissue infection in her abdomen wall and perineum. The patient was in septic shock and the isolated bacteria was gram-positive cocci. After treatment with daptomycin and resucitation, the patient was recovered from septic shock and infection.
