Abstract
Surgery is the main treatment of gastric stump carcinoma (GSC),which should be the com-plete resection of the carcinoma combined with a radical lymph node dissection.Palliative resection should be tried for GSC that can't be performed with complete resection,in order to improve patients living quality and prolong patients survival.The prognosis of GSC is associated with infiltration,stage,lymph node metastasis and radical resection.
