Abstract
Kawasaki disease(KD)is an acute, self-limited and systemic vasculitis.The etiology and pathogenesis of KD still remain unclear.High-dose intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIG)combined with aspirin is the standard regimen of KD in acute stage, but the treatment of KD patients who were unresponsive to initial IVIG therapy still remains controversial.The main complication of KD is coronary artery lesions.Treatments of coronary artery lesions included antiplatelet, anticoagulant, thrombolytic therapy, percutaneous coronary interventions and coronary artery bypass grafting.In addition, follow-up and management of KD were also very important.
