Abstract

This article presents the case management of a client admitted to the coronary care unit for investigations into palpitations. She had been brought into the accident and emergency department with a supraventricular tachycardia that had self-terminated in the ambulance en route to the hospital. Personal details have been changed to protect patient confidentiality.
